Bilingual reverse marketplace for customers and providers in Kuwait.
The brief
Customers in Kuwait spend hours searching for the right provider. Yabeek flips that: customers post a request once and providers compete with offers.
What I built
- Built a bilingual Arabic/English reverse marketplace with full RTL support and a switchable customer and service-provider mode, with Google, Apple and Facebook sign-in and email OTP verification.
- Implemented the full request-to-order lifecycle: custom and direct requests, offer states (viewed, accepted, denied, expired), order tracking to completion, cancellations, ratings, notifications and real-time chat.
- Integrated Stripe payments held until service completion, cash on delivery, provider subscription plans, loyalty points, referral codes and an earnings wallet with withdrawals.
