The brief

A German vehicle transfer company needed its drivers to document every pickup and delivery with photos, damage notes, signatures and documents, without paperwork.

What I built

UI DevelopmentAPI Integration
  1. Built the driver app for transfer orders: new assignments with earnings, accept or reject, pickup and delivery details, and orders by status.
  2. Built pickup and delivery reports with guided vehicle photos, damage marking (scratch, stone chip, dent) and remarks.
  3. Added digital signatures and PDF protocols, no-load trip reports with proof photos, extension requests and penalty details.
  4. Added offline storage with Hive and push notifications so drivers can finish reports on a weak signal.
