The brief
A UK lift company's engineers needed to submit their worksheets from site instead of on paper, with every job sheet checked, located and signed before it reaches the office.
What I built
- Built and integrated API-driven modules for engineer worksheet submission, field reporting, job workflow tracking and operational data.
- Turned complex field-operations workflows for lift engineers into validated mobile forms and data flows connected to backend services.
- Added GPS location stamps with a manual fallback, camera capture, engineer and client signatures, and offline drafts with Hive so sheets survive a lost signal.
