The brief

A UK housewares wholesaler needed a tablet app for its sales team to take trade orders client by client, with the right prices, VAT and invoices built in.

What I built

UI DevelopmentAPI Integration
  1. Built the Flutter app with tablet and mobile layouts: client accounts, catalogue by category, product details with price tiers, cart and order history.
  2. Built the order flow: custom products, discounts, invoice type, net, VAT and gross totals, and delivery notes.
  3. Integrated the REST API for clients, products, orders and invoices, with PDF invoices (with or without tax) the team can open and share.
  4. Added connection checks and locally saved orders so work isn't lost on a weak signal.
